That tangle is a variation of a tangle that Penny Raile did in her book The Art of Zentangle on Page 34. You could check out her on the web. I don't think she has a name for it. She uses them often in her work.
Nice tile and great use of the space. I never would have thought of using kitchen tools; instead I was stressing trying to find something that would trace well. Great tile!
