Diva Weekly Challenge #226

Guest blogger Katie Crommett, CZT. The Art of Simplicity (or, you are enough.  I used two tangles, Bunzo and Tipple.  This is a template "A" for Alex, my grandson who is going to be 20 on the 22nd.  I used blue and yellow acrylic inks for the splash background.  I think it is pretty simple for simplicity.

Wash Background Tiles Ready To Tangle

My 24 Inktense Derwent Pencils arrived this morning from Amazon.ca.  I tried my new Masquepen for the strings then used the Inktense pencils with my new Aquash brush.  This is the result.

Diva Weekly Challenge #225

Guest Blogger: Jen Crutchfield CZT.  The challenge this week is to use red, white and blue.  I used the off white paper with navy blue and red Pigma Micron pens.  The shading is done with a graphite pencil.

Mono tangle: Tipple.  I used Prismacolour Pencil crayons for the colour then burnished with a white pencil crayon.  The shading on the outer edge is with a Sepia Conte a Paris pencil.  The highlight on the brown tipple is with a white Gellyroll pen.
