Diva Weekly Challenge No. 150: One Little Word. I couldn't think of my own word so used the word 'open' for this one. This is my first attempt at a Renassance Tile. I tried adding colour with watercolour pencil crayons. I used distressing ink for the edges as there seemed to be a lot of 'white space' around the edges.
Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteReally, really beautiful. Perfect on the Renaissance tiles and the distressing ink is just right on the edges. Axxx
ReplyDeleteThis is beautifully done. I really like your use of ink on the edges. It sets off your artwork nicely.
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful! I am brand new to Zentangle, since just before Thanksgiving. I just received some Renaissance tiles in the mail yesterday. I'm eager to try them out. I love what you did with the color and distressing.
ReplyDeleteMy word for the year is CREATE. This will be my third year using one word to define my year. I've loved it in the past. This will be my first time incorporating Zentangle into my one word. How wonderfully it fits with my word choice!
Best wishes to you for a wonderful new year.
