Diva Weekly Challenge # 270: "Skye - a Tangle by Margaret Bremner, C Z T"

I went to Tangle Island this weekend put on by Jerryann Haggert, CZT and Nancy Dawes, CZT.
The background was Twinkling H20s dropped onto a wet background then adding more water and raw rice.

    Rice is a fun idea! I'll have to try that sometime. Lovely Skye too. :)
