Diva Weekly Challenge # 108 UMT v. XVI "Whyz" by Jane MacKugler CZT. I used Whyz, Quiltz, Nzeppel, Gowurz, Hypnotic and Warts & Wobbles. The background is with acrylic inks and the highlights are with a Tombow marker and a Pigma micron pen.
What a beautiful tile! I like the way the "whyx" becomes a beautiful pinwheel and it could be crosses also...depends on how you force your eye to look at it!
Love the coloring on this. I thought you hadn't used the challege, "Whyz" until I read the comments. Then I went back and looked again and realized that you had used it!" Love the way you interpreted this tangle. It sure doesn't look like the orginal. You've made it all your own. Great job.
Wow your Whyz tangle looks so different, by leaving so many spaces of it white. Doesn't look like the squary tangle I tried al the time. Beautiful. I left some lines to get rid of the squary feeling of the tangle, but you did a great job by just making the space white.
