I used Twistee, Zazi by Cindy Pope, Kathahdin, LinQ by Lara Williams.  I bought some new ultra fine point Sharpies (3).  I found that they bleed into the paper so you have to be careful.  I also used a Pigma micron pen for some of the colour and also Prismacolor pencil crayons.
