Diva Weekly Challenge # 187

This challenge was to draw the string with your eyes shut.  I did that then doubled the line.  I used Bubbles, Bales, W2 and Pais.

K for Keith

I started this on the BC Ferry on the way to Vancouver to visit Keith.  Keith's birthday is in a month.

Fifth Watercolour Card

This is the 5th watercolour card out of package of 10.  The flower design is from a book "Colored Pencil Explorations by Janie Gildow.  I used watercolour pencil crayons and micron pens for this.

Acrylic Ink Background

I started this tile at the Wednesday painters then finished it at home.  It has an acrylic ink background.  I didn't do much shading as I figured it would take away from the colour wash in the background.

Watercolour Card # 4

This is the fourth watercolour card I have done.  I have 6 more to go because I bought a package of 10.  Yesterday I went and sat in with the Wednesday painters in town and this is what I did.  I used watercolour pencil crayons for the colour.

Diva Weekly Challenge # 186

I have a template for a leaf shape so used that 3 times.  I used Tagh, Flukes, Baton and Betweed.  The leaves in my area haven't started to change colour yet so I used a lot of green, starting with a green watercolour background tile.   The challenge this week is called "String Theory - Leaves! Leaves! Leaves!"

3 Flowers Card

I had previously drawn these flowers so decided to put them on one of the watercolour cards that I had bought some time ago.  I will try a few more with this theme.  I may do the watercolour pencil crayons next time.
