Tangle Patterns String # 046

This was going to be #48 It's a String Thing but I used different tangles.

It's a String Thing # 49.

This is another tile I had in my Zentangle kit waiting to be completed.  This is the 10th Anniversary String by Adele Bruno, CZT.  This has been in my kit since July 15th/14.  I had drawn the string on an acrylic ink splash background.  I don't know the name of the tangle I used.  The background is Printemps with a Staedtler Triplus Fineliner pen.  I like the effect of the background and will perhaps do this technique again.

It's a String Thing # 47

I had this tile sitting in my box waiting to be shaded since July.  Finally, I shaded it.  The theme for this 47th String Thing was Fourth of July Fun.  The tangles are:  Joy by Jaoyce Block CZT, Unyun by Carol Ohl CZT, Lightning Bolt by Suzanne McNeill CZT and Yincut an official Zentangle Pattern.

Diva Weekly Challenge # 180

I used a tile that I stained with tea and tried out Aommes by Cindy Angiel.  I added MacDee by Anneke VanDam and some white dots with a white GellypenRoll pen.

Diva Weekly Challenge # 179 "Be Like Bijou"

I used Btl Joos, Printemps and Bijou for this challenge.  It is 2 inches by 2 inches.  I got out my old calegraphy pens and India ink and drew Bijou.  My 01 micron pen seemed so fine after that.  I found that I was drawing everything so small and running out of room.  I guess I will have to do more of the  'twinchies' aka Bijou tiles to get used to working on a small tile.  The colour is with some colour from watercolour a pencil crayon transferred with a brush.
